if the trailer of AndhaDhun is anything to go by, director Sriram Raghavan is back with yet another rivetting thriller. Sharing the trailer on Twitter, Ayushmann Khurrana wrote, "You can't see what I can...or maybe you can. 'See' for yourself!"
AndhaDhun features Ayushmann Khurrana as a blind piano player, with Radhika Apte playing the love of his life. Everything is going swimmingly, until Tabu, ominously introduced as "the woman who will change his life forever", enters. Soon, a murder takes place, and Ayushmann becomes one of the prime suspects.
It looks like Ayushmann has some secrets of his own - is he even blind? Well, a scene of him munching on popcorn at a movie theatre and another, in which he asks Tabu if the autorickshaw in front of them has a poster of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, will make you wonder if there is more to him than meets the eye.
AndhaDhun marks Ayushmann Khurrana's first collaboration with Sriram Raghavan. Talking about working with the filmmaker, Ayushmann had told IANS, "He is a thespian when it comes to thrillers. He is a very exciting filmmaker, and he is the one who does not believe in a fixed script and will improvise on the spot. It is very challenging to work with him and exciting at the same time."
